Molly was born in Chennai in 1956. She studied as a boarder in Barnes School, Senior College in Devlali, at Kimmins High School in Panchgani and completed her schooling from Bombay Scottish Orphanage High School. From Regional College of Bhopal she did her BA (Hons) and B.Ed.
Molly joined Christchurch School in 1979 as a English and Social Studies teacher. A couple of years on, Molly got married to Mr. Eugene Paul, a Banker with Bank of India. Molly returned to teaching. She rejoined Scottish as English and Social Studies Teacher.
Molly enrolled at the University of Mumbai for a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Education. She attended classes four days a week in the evening, while during the day she worked as the Senior Academic Coordinator at Scottish.
In 2014, Molly became the Principal of Bombay Scottish, Mahim from where she recently retired.
Her accomplishments are numerous. HT and Education World listed Bombay Scottish School among the Top schools of Maharasthtra/India. Molly was a Speaker at the Women Economic Forum held in May 2018. She received the Woman of Excellence Award at the WEF. In Jan 2018, Molly was part of the delegation of Principals that visited top Universities in UK. She was felicitated by Prince Edward.
Under Mollys Principalship, for the first time, in 2018, Scottish Top Rank Holders at the ICSE & ISC Board Examinations were National Rank Holders too. The MSSA conferred on Bombay Scottish School the title of The Best Sporting Co-Educational School in 2016 – 17 & 2017-18.
Molly has two daughters Natasha and Nimisha.
