important to eat Healthy.
So how do you eat
healthy?
It’s very important to
plan ahead, else most
probably you would run
out of inspiration for
what to prepare when
you’re having all your
meals at home.
Planning meals in
advance could also help
you keep only the necessary
ingredients and not
overstock – something
which is good for you
and everybody else.

a healthy recipe a day
which you can try out
tomorrow. We have tried
to keep the recipe simple
and most of the ingredients
should be easily
available at your home.

TODAY’S RECIPE
Carrot
Dosa
A quick and healthy
breakfast fix.
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Grated Carrot
1 Cup Rice Flour
½ Cup Grated Fresh
Coconut
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp finely chopped
green chillies
5 Tbsp Curd or
Yoghurt.
1 ½ Cup of Warm
Water
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp Oil
METHOD
– Prep all ingredients
and keep them ready to
use.
– Mix all the ingredients
except the oil till
well incorporated.
– Heat up a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
– Once hot enough, pour in
the batter and spread it out
like you would a normal dosa.
– Cook till golden brown
on both sides.
For best taste, serve immediately
with green chutney or
curd.
