Milk 300 ml
Sugar 1.5 tbsp
– Grind the sugar and biscuit together to make
powder and start mixing with cold milk slowly
in small amounts.
– Blend it with mixer/whisker or hand blender to
make smooth paste.
– Put the mixture into ice-cream moulds and
refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Delicious ice-cream is ready.
