It is indeed very important to eat Healthy. So how do you eat healthy? It’s very impor-tant to plan ahead, else most probably you would run out of inspiration for what to prepare when you’re having all your meals at home.
Planning meals in advance could also help you keep only the neces-sary ingredients and not overstock – something which is good for you and everybody else.

Schezwan Paneer Frankie
4 Whole wheat chapatis/tortilla
2 Tsp olive oil
1 Cup crumbled paneer
1 Onion finely chopped
½ Red bell pepper – finely chopped
½ Yellow bell pepper- finely chopped
3 Tsp schezwan sauce Salt to taste
½ Cup finely sliced cabbage
½ Cup finely shredded carrot
1 Onion thinly sliced Salt to taste
½ Tsp red chilli powder Juice of ½ a lemon
Take a pan and heat oil. Add the chopped onions and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add in the chopped bell peppers and cook further for 2-3 minutes.
Now, add paneer along with schezwan sauce and salt. Mix every-thing together and take off the heat.
To prepare the slaw, mix cabbage, onion, carrot, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice in a bowl. Keep aside.
Heat a griddle/tava and slightly crisp up whole wheat chapatis on both sides.
Spread vegetable slaw vertically in the centre and top with panner mix-ture.
Fold and serve immediately.
