Moga MLA Dr Harjot Kamal Singh opens organic food store in Mohali

Mohali, October 6, 2020: Punjab’s MLA from Moga Dr Harjot Kamal Singh inaugurated an organic food store, FreshFare, in Mohali in Phase 3B2.
Accompanied by his wife Dr Rajinder Kaur and Punjab Ranji Trophy and IPL cricketer Uday Kaul, Dr Harjot Kamal Singh said that there is a growing need for organic and chemical-free food in the current pandemic times to keep our immunity levels high.
Freshfare is promoted by two young professionals, Ravi Kanwal and Prabhjot Singh, who left their well-paying corporate jobs to venture into their own startup in collaboration with the Punjab Agro Food Corporation.

Freshfare is a startup committed to help farmers reach customers directly through their retail outlet, besides marketing Punjab Agro’s 5-Rivers brand certified organic groceries, juices, and chemical-free fresh vegetables, fruits, and dairy products.
Ravi Kanwal and Prabhjot Singh are college friends having graduated from DAV College Chandigarh, whereafter Ravi passed out from PEC while Prabhjot is Panjab University’s UBS alumnus.
Freshfare provides home delivery in the tricity area and orders can be placed through whatsapp or their website.
