Chandigarh, October 13, 2020: All of us have a large number of social media friends and it is also equally true that a large number of them do not know us and do not even recognise us when we meet face-to-face, but friends they are and they are very prompt in ticking a ‘like’ on our messages on social media.
It seems that they are waiting to ‘like’ a comment!
Once I updated my profile saying, “Even if I write nothing, at least 100 persons will see it and it will probably be‘the most liked comment’.
This time I decided to make a comment on the update of a so-called friend.
The curious update was the occasion of his 49th marriage anniversary and the person updating the message was addressing his wife that he was very happy to complete almost 50 years of married life due to her adjusting nature.
After reading the update, I was rather surprised that even after 50 years of marriage, he still has not thought of adjusting himself to make her much happier.
But who will tell and who will listen?
In our life, we find many people who never adjust to worldly persons and I have seen that they spend their entire life like that.
Is it normal behaviour?
My answer is in the negative because life is all about being flexible and adjusting.
We need to give space to others – be it a family member or a stranger.
If we remain aloof to others, how do we expect others to understand us and accommodate us?
If we have decided to make water tight chambers around us then we will remain like a frog in a well.
Let us review our behavior and decide to have a positive thinking, positive aura for the welfare of society so that all persons live and let others live happily
